After Bregal Unternehmerkapital acquired the majority of Onlineprinters GmbH,  the Berlin-based Project A Ventures has also  invested in the printing company. The venture capital investor has invested a sum in the single-digit million range in Onlineprinters. Moreover, Dr. Florian Heinemann, the founder and manager of Project A, joins the company's advisory board. Being one of Europe's leading online print companies, Onlineprinters produced more than 2.1 billion printed products last year, from flyers to full-fledged exhibition stands. The company has delivered to 500,000 customers so far and employs a workforce of more than 600. Internationally, the e-commerce company operates under the brand name Onlineprinters in 30 countries; in Germany, it trades under the name diedruckerei.de
