Our entrepreneurial action is guided by the three ESG dimensions: Environment, Social and Governance. In this context, we have set ourselves concrete goals, for example, in terms of the proportion of renewable energies, our emissions or social commitment.

Certified products

The responsible treatment of our environment is one of the central focuses of our mission. That is why we offer papers and products that are certified in accordance with the high standards of PEFC or FSC seals. This ensures that our papers come from forests managed in accordance with strict ecological, social and economic criteria. These certifications are carried out by independent, non-governmental organisations. As our special service, we offer our customers the certified products at no extra cost.

Our certification

FSC Mix

We buy more than 50,000 tonnes of paper per year. Part of it originates from certified forestry, e.g., according to the FSC label: Independent experts conduct annual on-site inspections regarding the compliance with environmental, social and economic criteria, such as protection of natural habitats of animals and plants or traceability of timber origin.

PEFC

Behind the PEFC label, there is a constantly developing international system for certification of responsible forest management. This so-called chain-of-custody certification implies seamless traceability of our paper to make sure it originates from PEFC-certified forests.

Imprim'Vert

Since 2017, our production site in Neustadt a. d. Aisch has been certified with the Imprim’Vert environmental label, which is well established in France and the EU. The label sets requirements for the printing process – such as the proper disposal of hazardous waste, the safe storage of hazardous liquids and the monitoring of energy consumption. Compliance is verified through regular audits.

Certified energy management

In 2016, we introduced an energy management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001 at our German production sites. Our compliance with the standard is ensured by means of regular audits. Our energy management team is in charge of continuous enhancement of our energy efficiency, utilization and consumption.

Interzero

Together with Interzero, we recycle paper residues and other waste materials from our production. According to the certificate, a calculated value of 1,391 tonnes of primary resources and 117 tonnes of greenhouse gases were saved this way in 2025 (Calculation basis: Fraunhofer UMSICHT, 2024).

Climate Partner

For all products on recycled paper, we provide a financial contribution to climate protection projects via ClimatePartner automatically and without any additional cost. This allows us to support the development of renewable energies in Asia.

Code of Conduct

The group-wide Code of Conduct offers guidelines for proper behaviour in everyday business. An important part of it is a whistleblower system.

Supplier Code of Conduct

The companies within the Onlineprinters Group undertake to comply with high environmental, social, civic and legal principles – and we expect our suppliers to do the same. The Supplier Code of Conduct is the framework that defines these expectations and that is binding on all suppliers.
