FAQ
How long is my offer valid – and what will happen then?
Your saved offer is valid for 30 days from the date it was created. During this period, you can access and adjust it, or make an order at any time. We will send you a reminder e-mail 7 days before expiry. The validity of the offer expires after 30 days – but you can reconfigure the product and create a new offer.
Does the offer oblige me to order?
No. The saved offer is not an order; it is merely used to set the price and to prepare for a subsequent order – once you are ready to make one.
Where can I find and process the offers I have saved?
You can view all saved offers with their expiry dates, value and download options in your customer account under “My offers”. As long as an offer is valid, you can also subsequently adjust it thsere – e.g., change the logo or return address and save it as a PDF.
How can I add a margin/surcharge?
Click on “Create a PDF file” in the offer view of your customer account. At the very bottom of the page you can optionally add a surcharge in percent or as a fixed sum – the price that your customers will then see in your offer will differ from your purchase price.
Can I forward the offer to my customers?
Yes, you can design your PDF offer individually (e.g., with your logo and surcharge), download or have it mailed to your address, and then forward it to your customers.
