11 + 1 free vintage fonts: 1920s and 1950s

Vintage and retro styles are one of the top design trends this year. Creating an antique look reminiscent of past times opens up an infinity of creative design options. Graphic artists, media designers and other creatives design vintage style menus, stickers, brochures and logos to reflect that retro mood. While the term “vintage” roughly relates to the period between 1920 and 1970, “retro” refers to fashion, furniture or print designs which are imitative of those of the recent past.
The matching fonts emphasize the impact of any vintage or retro style design. We have put together some fonts in the style of the 1920s and 1950s which are free for commercial use.

The Golden Twenties
